Here the pulp, which is over 90% water, comes out of the headbox onto the fourdrinier table. Underneath the table are suction boxes that -- you guessed it -- suction water out of the pulp. The pulp is then pressed, where more water is squeezed out before it enters the dryer. |

Once the pulp is dried, it is cut into sheets, compressed into 250 kg bales, and wrapped in a larger sheet of Kraft Pulp. Finally, the Kraft Pulp is stored in our warehouse until it is loaded on a ship bound for Europe, Asia, Australia or Africa.
